Accessibility Features
Assisted listening devices, accessible seating, quiet room, elevators throughout, and mobility assistance available through MN Mobility. The convention center is attached to two hotels with group rates.

Best Western: $139/night plus tax, Oct 8-11
Courtyard: $144-$154 plus tax, Oct 8-10
Grandstay: $139/night plus tax, Oct 8-10
Deadline for hotel group rates: Sept 8, 2025
Best Western and Courtyard are attached to the convention center.
Grandstay is 2.5 miles away.
Parking
River's Edge East Ramp
Parking at River’s Edge Convention Center is located at 10 Fourth Ave S, St. Cloud, MN 56301. Parking is available in the River’s Edge East Ramp (under the building), nearby lots, and surrounding ramps. Rates: $1/hour (max $10/day), $7 for special events. Free parking after 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.
Mississippi Lot
Metered parking south of the Convention Center with 120 spaces. $1.00/hour with 3-hour maximum. Enforced 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Coin and mobile payment options available. 5-minute walk to the south entrance.
